Pope Francis' video condemned by the Catechism of the Catholic Church ~ Rome has joined with Freemasonry to promote religious indifferentism

"Little children, keep yourself from idols"
1 St. John 5:21

So numerous are Church teachings against religious indifferentism that one hardly knows where to begin.

Where is the only name under Heaven in this "dialogue"?
I shall preface this post on the blasphemous video released by the Roman Authorities on the very Feast of the Epiphany (of going out to the Gentiles!) by quoting Pope Leo XIII from Humanum Genus, where the holy Pope condemned the religious indifferentist doctrine of Freemasonry, which is the central dogma of Masonry. Leo wrote how dangerous to Catholic truth is the idea that all religions are true. Defenders of the blasphemous video will claim the Papal video does not do this. They are wrong; implicitly it does, for it does not preach Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. It is a denial of Jesus Christ as the sole mediator between God and man. No doubt, this video brought much joy to Freemasonry and its various "partisans of evil" (c.f. Humanum Genus).

Buddhism - like all false religions - is not a "faith"

Leo XIII wrote:

"...they thereby teach the great error of this age-that a regard for religion should be held as an indifferent matter, and that all religions are alike. This manner of reasoning is calculated to bring about the ruin of all forms of religion, and especially of the Catholic religion, which, as it is the only one that is true, cannot, without great injustice, be regarded as merely equal to other religions".

Believers in what or whom, Your Holiness?
Now, let us move from the 19th century Pope to the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Let us review what the Church actually teaches in light of what this blasphemous video taught.

The video claims the adherents to false religions are believers. No, they are not, properly understood. A believer is one who has the Faith which is, as the Catechism teaches: "... is a gift of God, a supernatural virtue infused by him". God cannot infuse, without contradicting His perfect Unity in Truth. He cannot infuse in one man, Jesus Christ is God, and in another Jesus Christ is not God. Impossible. Yet, this evil video claims that the adherents of these false religions are "believers" and that there god is "love".

To the contrary, God is Love Incarnate, who commanded His Apostles to go and teach (doctrine before love!!) ALL Nations (no exceptions, and this includes Jews, contrary to the heresies recently promoted by Roman Authorities last month).

"he came to his own, and his own knew him not..."

From the Catechism:

No 153. When St. Peter confessed that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, Jesus declared to him that this revelation did not come "from flesh and blood", but from "my Father who is in heaven". 24 Faith is a gift of God, a supernatural virtue infused by him. "Before this faith can be exercised, man must have the grace of God to move and assist him; he must have the interior helps of the Holy Spirit, who moves the heart and converts it to God, who opens the eyes of the mind and 'makes it easy for all to accept and believe the truth.'"

No 161. Believing in Jesus Christ and in the One who sent him for our salvation is necessary for obtaining that salvation. Since "without faith it is impossible to please [God]" and to attain to the fellowship of his sons, therefore without faith no one has ever attained justification, nor will anyone obtain eternal life; But he who endures to the end.

It is indeed a terrible day when the Roman Authorities have joined with "the partisans of evil". The greatest punishment Our Lord can inflict on the Church and the world is wayward priests. The Roman Authorities insist on fornicating with the world.... we must utterly reject their evil, yet unceasingly adhere to Our Mother, the Church, remaining by Her bedside as she writhes in agony from the many wounds inflicted on her by evil and traitorous churchmen.

It will take Divine intervention to rid us of this Modernist Satanic evil that has been allowed to invade and fester in the CC. There seems to be no-one willing to make a stand against the profound heresy being promulgated by the Vatican since Vatican II pushed aside the Holy Ghost in favour of Satan & his demons, who now run the whole show. Since that Council our Popes & Hierarchies have all been tarnished with the doctrine of Modernism to the extent they have no desire to restore the CC by reinstating Christ's Commandments, Sacraments, Catechesis, Liturgy of Ages, Holy Days, etc. It is only by imploring Our Lord & Saviour to come back into our lives and the lives of those who have been elected to lead His Church on earth that we can hope to put behind us this terrible onslaught of the devil and attain the necessary grace to lead lives of holiness that once was the standard all Catholics used to strive to achieve.

I very pleased to see them following the teaching of my dear father rather than the hyperbole of the New Testament!

Why do you cite the Catechism of the Catholic Church( 1992). You know the liberals, the Jesuits and Pope Benedict would turn around and tell you that the Catechism says God is not limited to the Sacraments( 1257) and all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church (846). So there is salvation outside the Church.Even the SSPX accepts this.Even the sedevacantists accept this.So there is salvation outside the Church for most Catholics and all do not need to be ' card carrying members' of the Church.
So this video is in accord with this new theology.
You have not found fault with the new theology.
Am I correct? You accept it.So you are quoting the Catechism and not affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr. Leonard Feeney, St. Robert Bellarmine and the Church Councils.

YES the Catechism contradicts Pope Francis and his Curia but not for the reason you mentioned. In fact you have not affirmed the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So I assume you also use Cushingism as a theology,as does the present magisterium.

We can interpret the Catechisms and Vatican Council II without the oversight of the magisterium

The initial fault of there being known salvation outside the Church is responsible for all this theological innovation

I think all of this goes to show that the Orthodox were right after all.

I'm swimming the Bosphorus. I wish Eternal Rome hadn't died, but it did. God bless you and yours.

Barona,
You and I do not and cannot know a case of the baptism of desire (BOD), with or without, the baptism of water.
So BOD is irrelevant to the dogma EENS. It is not an exception since it does not exist in our reality. It is not visible. For somoene to be an exception to all needing to formally enter the Church, he would have to exist, he would have to be known.
So the baptism of desire practically cannot be an exception to EENS.

Secondly over the centuries, those who referred to the baptism of desire never said these cases were known to us personally, or that they were exceptions to the dogma.
The inference was made in 1949 and so the error came into the Church.
It was a mistake.
So if a pope or or some Church authority says there are exceptions to the dogma EENS it is irrational. If someone mentions the BOD with reference to EENS as an exception it is irrational, non traditional and heretical.
Yet this is the teaching of the Church after 1949. This is magisterial. It is also magisterial heresy.
It contradicts the pre-Council of Trent magisterium. One magisterium contradicts another.
On the other hand when I interpret BOD as being invisible and a possibility known only to God and which will be followed by the baptism of water, since this is the dogmatic teaching, then BOD does not contradict EENS.Zero cases are not exceptions to EENS. The magisterial teachings of Church documents then are in harmony with the perennial magisterium of the Church on salvation and ecclesiology. There is no change in the ecclesiology of the Church.
The Toronto Catholic Witness is unknowingly using the liberal theology to reject the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS. So he does not say membership in the Church is necessary for salvation for all, but vaguely refers to the necessity of believeing in Christ for salvation, something which even the Protestants presently do.

I am glad that you admit Baptism of desire exists.

Barona:

The American Encyclopedia has repeated the objective error of the Letter of the Holy Office (1949) : no explicit cases of the baptism of desire
http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2016/01/the-american-encyclopedia-has-repeated.html

Yes the baptism of desire exists and it is theoretical. So we can accept the baptism of desire along with the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.

For the SSPX the baptism of desire is explicit and so it is an exception to the Feeneyite version of the dogma. They repeat the error of the Letter (1949).

There is no comment from the SSPX Canada to this blog post which I sent them after the statement was issued by the District Superior, Canada.

Fr. Daniel Couture, the District Superior of Canada issues a controversial statement critical of the Vatican Document on the Jews
http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2015/12/fr-daniel-couture-district-superior-of.html

Neither has the SSPX Italy over the last few years issued a denial.

If the SSPX bishops and Fr.Pierpaulo Petrucci would admit that the baptism of desire refers to invisible cases in 2016, the entire interpretation of Vatican Council changes : error in the article

Nor is there any denial from the SSPX , USA
