Linda Gibbons will continue to be held in custody, with her next court appearance set for October 6th. The Crown has changed lawyers, and this has precipitated another delay. It is believed that the charges, as on the prior two occasions, will be dropped.
Linda was arrested outside the Hilsdale Morgentaler abortion mill, in east-end Toronto. Linda was holding a sign that read:"Why Mom, when I have so much love to give" and pacing slowly and quietly to and fro on the sidewalk. She began her silent witness at 9.a.m. and was taken into custody just after 11 a.m.
Linda is being held at the Vanier Centre for Women, in Milton, just outside Toronto.
Let us pray that our sister in Christ will see freedom on October 6th, the Feast of St. Bruno.
