The next horror: the legalization and promotion of paedophila

Once sex was detached from marriage and the begetting and raising of children, it became inevitable that demoralization and perversion would soon follow: following the promotion of divorce and the emergence of the "Pill", the "sexual revolution" pushed everything and everything: from tolerance of homosexuality to its triumphalism as a State enforced ideology. Now, we have - less and less subtly - the promotion and call for the legalization of paedophila. It was popular in ancient Greece, there is no need to think that falen human nature has changed for the better since then.
From the Daily Telegraph:
"Paedophilic interest is natural and normal for human males,” said the presentation. “At least a sizeable minority of normal males would like to have sex with children … Normal males are aroused by children.”
Some yellowing tract from the Seventies or early Eighties, era of abusive celebrities and the infamous PIE, the Paedophile Information Exchange? No. Anonymous commenters on some underground website? No again.
The statement that paedophilia is “natural and normal” was made not three decades ago but last July. It was made not in private but as one of the central claims of an academic presentation delivered, at the invitation of the organisers, to many of the key experts in the field at a conference held by the University of Cambridge.
Other presentations included “Liberating the paedophile: a discursive analysis,” and “Danger and difference: the stakes of hebephilia.”
Hebephilia is the sexual preference for children in early puberty, typically 11 to 14-year-olds.

Lest you think this is somehow a new development or that sexual immorality has gotten worse in recent years you would be advised to go read 1 and 2 Corinthians. Get yourself a good commentary or Greek interlinear translation to catch all the nuances.

The porn culture has infiltrated women's fashion, and those of young girls. In order to be just like everyone else, young children are encouraged to dress like street walkers. My husband feels sorry for women who earn their living in the sex trade as they must really make their skirts unbelievably short in order not to be mistaken for an ordinary woman.

Dressing children in these fashions suddenly creates the false impression that the children are "available" sending the wrong signal to what would ordinarily be a man experiencing opposite sex attraction for a grown female. Six-year-old Fashion Queen JonBenet Ramsey was murdered in her own home in Boulder, CO, in 1996 most likely because of the way her parents dressed her.

Sociologists have done studies on men who like adult women, but read porn, and drift into child porn. They estimate it takes one year from the time he first picks up child porn to the day he commits his first child rape/murder.

The U.S. Supreme Court paved the way for legal child porn in the US when it found the Child Pornography Protection Act of 1996 unconstitutional. "Technology may evolve to the point where it becomes impossible to enforce actual child pornography laws because the Government cannot prove that certain pornographic images are real children. In the event this occurs," he said, "the Government should not be foreclosed from enacting a regulation of virtual child pornography that contains an appropriate affirmative defense or some other narrowly drawn restriction" that does not violate the First Amendment.

In short, because we cannot tell the difference between computer generated child porn and real child porn, our children are left unprotected, vulnerable to rape and murder by human beings, who have abandoned all societal boundaries.
