The French sedevacantist website, Catholique-Sedevacantiste published an unconfirmed report - though highly plausible - that Bishop Richard Williamson may be ready, and perhaps has selected Fr. Jean-Michel Faure for consecration. Williamson has already publicly stated that it is a question of when, not if, he will consecrate another bishop. Some background information about Fr.
