Bishop Fellay: Will the "Big Boss" still be the Secretary of State?

A number of issues raised by Bishop Bernard Fellay in 2007 seem even more contemporary in 2014; especially with the imminent gathering of the "Group of Eight" Cardinals to discuss reforming the structure of the Curia.
