Musical Interlude from the Madness: Zimerman plays Chopin

St. Teresa of Avila told us - and warned us:

Let nothing disturb you,

Let nothing frighten you,

All things are passing;

God only is changeless.

Patience gains all things.

Who has God wants nothing.

God alone suffices.

God, is the creator and source of beauty, of which music, is perhaps the greatest gift to humanity. Let us turn away from the evils of the day, the noise offered by the Devil, and turn to music - let us listen to Zimerman play Chopin's 1st Ballade in G Minor. I for one, will strive to focus on God, His Mother, the saints, and striving to be a better Christian. God bless you all for the weekend.

First they came for Vox Cantoris, now they come for Mark Lambert ~ will YOU be next?

Threatening and intimidating members of the Faithful is seen by most as the worst form of clericalism. When it comes from a priest or a bishops it is simply evil.

Sacred Scripture is very clear about taking any disputes amongst the Faithful "to the Church". Further, a man of God, ignores calumny, mockery for the love of Christ.

How many saints in the past were mocked and degraded by lies and calumny, and turned the other cheek? Here we speak of saints!

However, when loyal and faithful Catholics raise very sober and serious questions, they must be answered! Not with a lawsuit, or the threat of a lawsuit, but with the truth. Most readers will be aware of the sad case of Papal Spokesman, Salt and Light CEO, Fr. Thomas Rosica CSB, threatening a Catholic family man and blogger, Vox Cantoris with a lawsuit.

Now, we awaken to news that Bishop Grech of Malta is threatening another Catholic family man and blogger, Mark Lambert of De Omnibus Dubitandum Est, with a lawsuit for daring to repeat very serious questions being raised in Malta about coverup of sexual abuse.

The objective of this is to intimidate into silence faithful Catholics. Most Catholics do not have the wealth that churchmen can access for very expensive litigation.

But God writes straight with crooked lines. He will NOT be mocked. Just the other day we learned that in the United States two more Grand Juries are being established to investigate, what will amount to, organized crime. If the RICO Statues are invoked - watch out! As a friend of mine, Ursula, used to say we will be going back to loyal priests living in private homes and saying Mass in dining rooms and small, private chapels for the faithful.

Please pray for Mark, and his family. Please spread the news! Evil loves - as St. Augustine said - to work under cover of darkness. THis must be exposed!

Catholics, do not sit idly by and allow this to happen!

Hatred for Children is a Sign of the Demonic

Children are especially beloved by Our Lord Jesus Christ. In imitation of Him, the saints too, manifested overwhelming love for children. St John Bosco is a modern day example of a priest on fire for love of Christ, and children. What a holy example of the sacred priesthood! The saint devoted his entire life to hunting down children - for Heaven!

Our Lord loved children, and loved having them in His Presence. It is a sure sign of the demonic to hate children, to corrupt them, to pervert them, to abuse them. Satan hates innocence. He delights in destroying, in abusing that which has yet to commit personal sin. Do you see how the demonic is involved in using Judas priests to corrupt innocent children?
There is no doubt, that the recent scandals that have broken this past week, reveals the active involvement of Satan. We are not dealing here with just sick men, we are dealing here with men who in many cases have actually handed themselves over to Lucifer as his slaves. We are talking about men ordained to the priesthood who are satanists, who hate Christ and His Church.

Friends, be prepared for more. Much more. We have barely begun the journey into "darkness". Let us - especially during this dark time - support holy priests. Support priests who are striving to imitate Christ and to lovingly lead young, innocent children to Him.

Children were brought to Jesus that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked them, but Jesus said:
"Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
After he placed his hands on them, he went away.

Today is the Feast Day of St. Hyacinth ~ why was he removed from the Roman Calendar?

St. Hyacinth
by Carracci, 1595, the Louvre

Today, August the 17th is the Feast day of the second greatest Dominican saint: Hyacinth of Poland. One would not know this, based on the actions of the neo-modernist liturgical destroyers who invaded Rome as the real barbarians  to sack and burn the Roman Rites of the Church of Rome.

The neo-modernist "Roman" Calender of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops has completely expunged St. Hyacinth; he is not even there an an "Optional Memorial". Gone is the great saint.

Likewise, the neo-modernist cabal that controls the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops have ensured that St. Hyacinth will become a long forgotten memory.

But then, should we be surprised? These sad bishops are merely following the decadent Romans who see no further use for Hyacinth and the likes of him. It would be too much to torpedo St. Dominic himself; so why not remove his most spiritually favoured disciple? So they did.

What a striking difference is this true Dominican to the effeminate, homosexuals who have infested the once great Dominican Order. The American Dominican, Fr. John O' Connor, formed in the real Dominican tradition, once said that "the Dominican Order I joined no longer exists, it has been destroyed by these homosexuals...".

The effeminate malefactors dealt with Fr. O' Connor through persecution, suspension and expulsion from the Dominicans. The men who hated Fr. O' Connor naturally hate St. Hyacinth and all all he stood for. These malefactors hate Our Lord, hate His Church. Why was St. Hyacinth removed? Who pushed for his removal? What was the purpose behind the removal of this great saint?

Here we must pause in the historical part of our story, and consider a striking trait of Hyacinth's character, which should not be overlooked, but to which we have hitherto scarcely called attention. It is his spirit of humility, prayer, penance, and mortification. The more God blessed his efforts, the more he prayed and sought to sink himself in self-annihilation. Like Saint Paul, he wished the glory of all that he did to be given to heaven. Like Paul also, he chastised his body, and brought it into subjection, lest, while he preached to others, he himself should become a castaway.

It should not be forgotten that these travels, through which we have traced the apostle, were all made on foot. He nearly always slept on the bare earth, or a bard board. Frequently, even in the frozen regions of the furthest north, he was overtaken by night during his journeys, and compelled to use the snow for a bed. One marvels how he stood it. Withal, he slackened not in the observance of his rule, or in his practice of penance and mortification.

St. Michael's Cathedral ~ our beautiful Mother Church in Toronto

The Blessed Sacrament Chapel

The restored St. Michael's Cathedral is truly magnificent. One can only appreciate this restoration in person. This past week was the first time I have been in the downtown area for several years, and I managed to visit the Blessed Sacrament and also visit my Mother Church.

The crypt has a  new chapel, with the Blessed Sacrament in the centre. There are two fine busts of the recently sainted Popes: John XIII and John Paul II. The ceiling has been superbly restored and is a work of art.

I shall be uploading for readers many more photographs* that I took.

Attack on the Priesthood

I am reading a life of St. John Bosco. Constantly, as I read and reflect, my mind comes back to the present day crisis in the priesthood, and the recent horrifying scandals. We should expect many more.

There was a passage in his biography that was striking. The saint had just been involved in assisting - with his boys - those who had been suffering from cholera. Such was the admiration that he was called upon to give retreats and preach sermons. His sermons were striking: simple, direct, never involving politics or issues of the day. Above all, St. John preached the Gospel through his way of life. In other words, holiness attracts!

The most powerful sermon is a holy life!

At one time the priest was a man admired, respected. This general respect, was near universal. The Catholic priest - excluding the Ku Kluxer, Orangeman or some other bigot - was held in the regard. This is seen even in sentimental films such as "Going My Way", or the "Bells of St, Mary's". One could trust your child, your son, your little boy with the priest. Priests knew that Don Bosco, St. Jean Vianney and others were the role models.

Contrast Don Bosco with these sad dissenters. Instead of preaching about removing the "wall" of sin around the soul, they want to preach about Mr. Trump's Wall; they want to get involved in partisan politics.

Instead of preaching on modesty, purity, against sexual sin, we have silence. If not silence, many are actually excusing sin itself. We even have priests who are going about excusing, if not advocating in favour of homosexuality.

Horrible as sexual abuse is, horrible as homosexual acts are, McCarrick and those like him have committed an even far worse sin: they have dragged the priesthood into disrepute before an unbelieving public; they have disgraced the priesthood, the Church, before non-believers. They are trotting out the priesthood to be mocked and scoffed at. The enemies of the Church want the public to turn against priests.

This Homosexual Network is a daily scourge on the backs of good priests who have to suffer the looks of distain from the public. They have bound the Church, so to speak, to a pillar, to be mocked, spat upon and degraded by passerby, just as Jesus was mocked and spat upon.

St. John Eudes warned us that the worst punishment that God could hand down to the Church is bad priests. God is mysteriously allowing these evil men their moment, so that He can draw greater good out of this evil. He wants a purified Church, a loyal Church, a Church that gives 100%. He wants a Church after the church of the martyrs of Rome, Japan, Africa, the Middle East... the Jesuit Martyrs of North America. God wants "everyday", not "Sunday" Catholics.

St. Faustina, in her Diary, noted a dream that has particular significance for us. In one dream, she beheld Our Lord's scourging. Slowly, imperceptibly, she noticed that the Roman soldiers were being one by one, replaced by bishops and cardinals who continued flogging Jesus.

Yes, the Church today is being tortured brutally by Judas priests and bishops.

Let us remain faithful and calm. Let us not betray the Church by leaving for some other synagogue of Satan. There is only one Church. Let us support faithful priests and bishops. Let us pray for them every day. God will send more Don Boscos when He sees we are praying and deserve them.

St. John Bosco, pray for us.

Are you a "Prisoner in Nantes" ? ~ the celebration of Celtic Culture!

The culture of France is particularly rich, being one of the greatest nations of the world. Bretagne, or Brittany, as we know the region in English, is not so much a region of France, but a Nation within a Nation.

Bretons are Celts and have a unique and different culture.

Every August, for two weeks, (for decades), in L'Orient, there is a Celtic Festival. Peoples from the various Celtic Nations (Brittany, Scotland, Corwall et.c) will converge in Brittany to celebrate Celtic culture. The Scots are particularly beloved by Bretons. The people of Brittany will never forget the Scottish forces who liberated them from a barbarous occupation by the Nazi hordes during the War. You wiull hear many a Highland bagpipe during the Celtic Festival!

Long Live the great Nation of Brittany!!!!

Ste Anne D'Auray, pray for us.

Homosexual Infiltrators have turned the Church into "a den of thieves"

May homosexuals repent and come to know the
Salvific Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ

We read the following from the Prophet Jeremiah, and can easily see how it applies to wayward churchmen. McCarrick and others, following the "strange gods" of homosexual sin (whose genesis St. Paul identified as ungodliness born of idolatry), the shedding "innocent blood" (how many young men have committed suicide because they were abused?), the burning of "incense to Baal"?

Only if you thoroughly reform your ways and your deeds...
if you no longer shed innocent blood in this place,
or follow strange gods to your own harm...

Note how the Prophet calls for a true reform of life, the ceasing of "deceitful words" (the years and years of lying and deception by McCarrick and his henchmen).

Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel:
Reform your ways and your deeds,
so that I may remain with you in this place.
Put not your trust in the deceitful words:
"This is the temple of the LORD!

McCarrick and his co-conspirators, daily committed "abominations" in the Sanctuary, profaning the Sacraments, overturning the Altar, as they celebrated Mass. They turned the Church into a "den of thieves".

These men are spiritual murders. Men who have committed adultery with Ball, committed perjury against Christ and His Church; fallen down in worship of Baal..

Their "god" is the devil. Pray they repent! Or they will spend eternity with men like Judas.

But here you are, putting your trust in deceitful words to your own loss!
Are you to steal and murder, commit adultery and perjury,
burn incense to Baal,
go after strange gods that you know not,
and yet come to stand before me
in this house which bears my name, and say:
"We are safe; we can commit all these abominations again"?

Has this house which bears my name
become in your eyes a den of thieves?
I too see what is being done, says the LORD.

Please pray for all those who have been abused and raped by these evil churchmen. Pray for those who - for no fault of their own (how many have been molested !) - suffer from same-sex attraction.

Let us never forget, that Christ calls all homosexuals to a life of holy chastity. Homosexuals, like every sinner has the same calling: that of a saint.
