The
Supreme Pontiff, Pope Leo, by his apostolic authority - all laws
and customs notwithstanding - hereby conferred upon His Excellency, Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger, former United States Governor of California, the title
and full dignities of cardinalis laicum, Saturday, October 4th, 2025.
His Excellency, Mr. Schwarzenegger has been appointed Special Advisor on the environment and climate to the Supreme Pontiff as an ex officio Member of the dicastery, Dicasterium ad Integram Humanam Progressionem Fovendam.
