Roger "Cardinal" Mahoney: "a low class scumbag..."
Responses to Roger "Cardinal" Mahoney's on-going Twitter campaign against Benedict XVI have not been positive for the evil prelate. Responses to the vile "Cardinals" tweets show that Catholics and the general public know a phoney when they see one.
With all due respect, Mahoney's tweets and blogs are the behavior of an attention seeking individual. At some point even negative attention is preferred over none at all. Continuing to enable such an individual by reacting to his provocation is a mistake. Stop giving him what he wants. We all know that Mahoney is a disgraced cardinal who has thus far escaped prison by the skin of his teeth but I really would have preferred to read an excerpt from the pope's homily at St. Anne's this morning.
