"Pray the Mass" (1940) - The Traditional Latin Mass Explained

For the reader's gentle edification.

The commentary is by Ven. Fulton Sheen, the late Archbishop of Newport, Wales - not of New York.

  1. Fulton Sheen was never Archbishop of New York. From his Wikipedia bio: “ On October 15, 1969, one month after celebrating his 50th anniversary as a priest, Sheen resigned from his Rochester position. He was then appointed archbishop of the titular see of Newport, Wales (Latin: Neoportus) by Pope Paul VI.”

  2. Dear Anonymous,

My bad. I must have gotten something mixed up. Thank you so much!

    God bless,

We believe in a good argument. That means NO ad hominem attacks. This also includes Pope Francis. Further, referring to him by any other name, may or may not indicate a schismatic attitude, and given the confusion in the Church your comment will NOT be published. Comments are those of the commentators and not those of this blog. You may use a pseudonym... we do... Behave like a guest in our living room and you will be fine.
